Bad Kreuznach
As a village child, a visit to Bad Kreuznach at a young age meant “feeling the big, wide world”. I went to the town that still holds my heart today!
Bad Kreuznach nestles charmingly on the Nahe, which flows into the Rhine a few kilometers further on. The “metropolis” of the Nahe wine-growing region is surrounded by vineyards and wooded hills. The town is known for its long history, which dates back to Celtic and Roman times. Landmarks include the imposing bridge houses on the romantic “Alte Nahebrücke” bridge. With numerous spa and wellness facilities and the salt pans, Bad Kreuznach invites you to relax and unwind. A wide variety of restaurants and cozy street cafés invite you to linger. Bad Kreuznach also offers a rich cultural program with theater performances, concerts and events taking place throughout the year. With its mixture of nature, culture and relaxation, Bad Kreuznach is a place you simply have to love.

The idyllic location at the foot of the Soonwald forest offers countless opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling and exploring the surrounding forests. The charming village churches and historic half-timbered houses give Windesheim a special charm. The warm community and family atmosphere make my 1000-year-old village a special place where everyone immediately feels welcome. Here, the village is still a village. The well-known wineries invite you to taste their fine wines. The traditional festivals that take place throughout the year give Windesheim an authentic flair. Here you will find peace, security and genuine solidarity - a place that you will quickly take to your heart and never forget.
