A warm welcome
My name is Uwe Schneider. If you want to discover the Nahe region and Bad Kreuznach in an unusual and enjoyable way, you've come to the right place.
Born and raised in the Burgundy wine village of Windesheim, I have always had close ties to my homeland. In real life, I am a consultant for banking processes, but since 2023 I have been the official culture and wine ambassador for the Nahe region.
I am fascinated by the landscape, history and, above all, the “real characters” – the Nahe winegrowers – who fill our glasses year after year. I would love to share this enthusiasm with you: personally, humorously and with a good glass of Nahe wine.
My home is my passion
My enthusiasm for the Nahe region and its history has led me to combine wine, culture and people.
As a tour guide in the vineyards, in Bad Kreuznach, Windesheim, at the Bretzenheim Felseneremitage and in the Nahe region, I convey the special features of our region to my guests – authentically, personally and enjoyably.
What once began as a desire to accompany guests to our winegrowers has now become much more: guided tours that connect people and leave a lasting impression.
About stories and tales
Many people can pass on information and knowledge, but combining this with fun and lasting enthusiasm is an art.
To ensure that a tour with me is truly an experience, I like to combine stories with anecdotes, fun with excitement, knowledge with good entertainment, all wrapped up in humour.
Whether it's funny anecdotes, cultural and historical highlights or treasures from the region's wine cellars – I love sharing my enthusiasm for it all.
